Find a centre near you
Use the official centre search to select your state, district or city. Check that the centre offers NSEP and read its Physics capacity information. A centre appearing in the directory does not establish your personal seat allocation.
Search official exam centresListed, preferred and allocated are different
| Centre detail | What it means |
|---|---|
| Listed centre | Appears in the official directory; offered subjects and capacity can vary. |
| Preferred centre | A choice made during enrolment, subject to the official process and capacity. |
| Allocated centre | Your assigned examination venue; confirm it on your admit card. |
Can I change my NSEP centre?
Changes depend on IAPT’s official correction window and rules. With 2026 enrolment closed, do not assume a change is possible. Contact the official helpdesk and rely on the final admit card or explicit official instructions.
Plan the journey
- Match centre name and code with the admit card.
- Check the full address, not only the city name.
- Plan travel around the reporting time printed on the card.
- Carry the required documents and follow the venue instructions.
