NSEP.in Privacy & Analytics Choices

How nsep.in uses browser-local study progress, eligibility inputs, hosting logs and external resource links.

2026–27 cycleChecked 20 October 2026

Your study-tool inputs stay here

The eligibility checker processes date of birth and answers only in your browser. They are not sent to Analytics. Optional syllabus progress is saved on this device only when you choose to remember it. Practice answers and scores remain in the current page session.

Optional Google Analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits, approximate location, device and referral information, and study actions such as opening a paper, choosing a study plan or reviewing explanations. It uses browser cookies to help distinguish visits. Analytics stays off until you allow it.

We do not send your name, email, phone number, birth date, eligibility responses, practice answers, raw search text or URL query strings. Site-search activity is grouped into broad topics. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our tag.

Declining analytics leaves all study tools available. You can change your choice at any time using the button below or “Analytics choices” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future tracking and removes this site’s Analytics cookies; previously collected data is not automatically erased.

Read how Google uses information from partner sites.

Storage, hosting and external sites

Your analytics choice is remembered for up to 180 days. The tag requests Analytics cookie expiry of 180 days. Optional syllabus progress remains until cleared. Hosting providers may keep server logs to operate and protect the site. External official portals apply their own privacy practices.

Do not save study progress on a shared device if you do not want another user to see it. No student account is required on this website.
